1. Your first 14 days of ads are on me.
I credit up to $1,000 of your first 14 days of ad spend off my first month's fee. Your ads run in your own account, on your own card, so you can see every dollar.
HAREFIT PERFORMANCE MARKETING · THE TRIPLE LOCK
After Irma, Collier County roof permits jumped 1,000% and homeowners waited six to eight weeks just to get an estimate. That surge lasts two to three years, and it goes to the roofer they called first. I make sure that's you.
I'll cut your cost per qualified lead by 20% in 90 days, or next month is free.
I've spent $23M+ of my own money on Facebook ads, with a $200k record day, and I'll put that to work on your storm season.
For established Florida roofing and impact window companies who are tired of paying $100 for a lead that four other roofers also bought. I'm in Winter Garden, just outside Orlando, and I cover the whole state, with in person meetings in Orlando, Tampa and Miami and video calls everywhere else. Your first 14 days of ads are on me.

$23M+ of my own money spent on Facebook ads. $200k in a single day, my record. $100k+ days, many times over.
A typical Florida roof replacement runs about $11,380, with most jobs between $7,000 and $17,500 [HCBS]. Roofing gross margins typically run 35 to 50% [PULSE/PELORA].
Example math: at a 35% margin, an $11,380 roof is about $4,000 of gross profit. The starting plan is about $4,500 a month all in. Roughly three roofs a month pays for it. Every roof after that is why you advertise.
Impact windows work the same way, one big decision per house. (There's no separate impact window figure in our research yet, so we'll use your real numbers at kickoff.)
You've been burned before. Most owners I talk to have a story about the retainer that ran for six months while the phone stayed quiet. So here's what I promise you, in writing, from day one.
1. Your first 14 days of ads are on me.
I credit up to $1,000 of your first 14 days of ad spend off my first month's fee. Your ads run in your own account, on your own card, so you can see every dollar.
2. I beat your numbers by 20% in 90 days, or next month is free.
Measured on your own cost per lead or cost per sale. No fuzzy metrics.
3. Leave anytime and keep every ad.
No long contract. Every ad, every word of copy and all the data are yours.
Full terms are in your proposal.
So you won't be paying for a strategy deck that never ships. You won't pay for "one more month" while the numbers sort themselves out, for ads you never got to see before they ran, or for a contract that outlives the results.

You pay $100 for a lead. Your estimator calls back in twenty minutes and the homeowner says, "Yeah, you're the fifth one today." She picked the guy who called first, and you paid for the privilege of being fifth [r/Roofing].
Then there's the "free inspection" request from a renter who can't sign anything, and the homeowner who only wants a number to wave at her insurance adjuster. You paid for every one of them, and your estimators lose whole days driving to them.
The report lands at 9am on the third Monday of the month. There's a green arrow next to "reach," a paragraph about the algorithm still learning, and somewhere near the bottom a cost per sale that's higher than it was in the spring.
You've heard "give it a couple more weeks" so many times you could say it for them. You've paid for the new strategy deck, the audit and the "creative refresh" that looked exactly like the old creative. And the bank balance doesn't care about any of it.
Meanwhile you're the one checking orders at midnight wondering whether the ads did anything today.
That's the part nobody says out loud. Your agency's fee hits on the 1st whether your sales went up or sideways. Most of the people running your account have never spent a dollar of their own on an ad, so a slow month costs them nothing.
So they sit on a tired campaign for weeks. They make a handful of ads, pick the ones they like and wait. The ad your buyers would have loved never gets written, and the weak ones keep spending your money while everyone waits for them to "find their feet."
You're the only one in that relationship who feels a bad month. That's what I'm here to change.
Before a storm, homeowners worry about impact windows and old roofs. After one, every roofer in the state switches ads on the same afternoon. After Irma, Collier County went from about 140 roof permits a month to 1,548, and people waited six to eight weeks just for someone to come look [InsuranceNewsNet]. Roofers in Tampa called the work after Milton "2, 3 years worth" [Bay News 9].
Roofing companies commonly spend 6 to 10% of revenue on marketing, and two to three times that in storm season [PULSE]. Six of the twelve Florida agencies I reviewed already chase roofing and home services, so just being there won't win it. The roofer whose ads look nothing like the other five, and are ready before the cone shows up, gets the calls.
Before I ever touched a client account, I bought Facebook ads with my own money. $23M+ of it. When a campaign lost, the money came out of my own pocket. When it won, that's how my family ate.
You don't get to a $200k day that way by being loose. You get there by watching every dollar like it's the last one in the account, switching off losers the same afternoon and pushing winners hard while they're hot.
That habit doesn't go away when it's your money in the account. If anything, I'm more careful with yours.
Because I buy your ads the way I bought my own. When it's your money in the account, I still treat every dollar like it's coming out of my pocket.
Most agencies know their way around the settings, but spend very little time on what actually makes somebody stop scrolling and buy. I start there. I write and test far more ideas than an agency would bother making, and a person checks every single ad before it runs.
The ads that bring in buyers get more budget and fresh variations. The ones that don't are switched off before they eat your month. Do that every day for 90 days and your cost per sale comes down.
You won't need to learn any of this. You'll see it in your own numbers, in your own ad account, where you can check every dollar yourself.
Starting points only. Your buyers tell us which ones work, and we keep feeding in new ones.

I work with businesses all over Florida. If you're in or near Orlando, Tampa or Miami, I'd rather sit down with you in person and go through your ad account together. Everywhere else, from the Panhandle to the Keys, we'll do it on a video call, and you get the same work and the same attention.
Early on I pushed a campaign too fast. I sat at my desk refreshing the dashboard while the spend climbed and the sales didn't come. Roughly $20k gone in an hour, all of it mine. I've had $10k losing days too.
Those days taught me more than the winning ones ever did. I learned to read the numbers before they turn, to bid by hand when it matters and to stay calm when the screen goes red.
I still watch every account closely, with tracking software and AI alerts on top of my own eyes. That hour is the reason your budget won't have one like it.

I'm Lee Hare, and I'm Jesse's dad. He's six.
He's the real reason I do this. I wanted to be the dad at the school gate at 3pm, and not the one who misses it because of a shift. I'd guess you started your business for something like that, and now it's eating your evenings instead of giving them back.
I spent five years as a police officer before I went after a bigger life for my family.
I became an online personal trainer and did every bit of my own marketing. I grew an Instagram account to 50,000 followers, found my own leads and ran my own sales calls. Somewhere in there I realized I liked the marketing more than the training.
A friend showed me Facebook ads for health and supplement offers, and I started buying media with my own money. Within about a year I was spending in a single day what I used to earn in a year.
Then brands started asking if I'd do it for them. That's where Harefit came from.
We moved to America to build this, and I'm in it for the long haul for Jesse. I want to work with owners who think the same way, who get that if I make them a lot of money, I should make good money too.
These are peaks from my own accounts, with my own money on the line:
That's the eye that'll be on your account every day.

Real screenshots from my own accounts, with the dates taken off. If you want the full story behind any of them, I'll pull up the dashboards and walk you through it.
Anywhere in Florida, from the Panhandle to the Keys.
I run every account myself, so I'm picky about which ones I take on. Before you apply, here's what I need from you:
You'll probably want to look elsewhere if you need 40 leads by next Friday or want to skip testing and go straight to scaling. Same goes if you're picking an agency by whose retainer is smallest, or you'd rather never look at your own numbers.
Your offer doesn't have to be perfect yet. If it isn't, we find out together in testing.
You pay me one monthly retainer. Your ad spend goes straight to Meta on your own card, in your own ad account, so you can see every dollar. Each plan covers a set amount of monthly spend.
| Plan | Monthly retainer | Ad spend I manage |
|---|---|---|
| Launch | $3,000 | Up to $10,000 |
| Growth | $5,000 | Up to $25,000 |
| Scale | $8,000 | Up to $50,000 |
Most businesses start on Launch, which comes to about $4,500 a month all in with your Meta spend. You'll need at least $50 a day going to Meta.
There are no fees per lead or per sale.
Example: Launch plan, $3,000 a month, $50 a day in ads Your first 14 days of ad spend: 14 × $50 = $700, credited off your first month. Month 1 costs you $2,300, and your first two weeks of ads are on me.
No long contract. Leave anytime and keep every ad.
Will I get shared leads? No. Leads come from your own ads, in your own ad account, and go only to you.
What happens when a hurricane hits? We plan for it. Storm periods get their own ads, and big seasonal swings like hurricanes are handled in the guarantee terms with an adjusted baseline if needed.
How do you deal with junk inspection requests? We judge ads on cost per qualified lead, defined with you at kickoff (owns the home, in your service area, wants a quote). Leads you mark unqualified don't count.
Who pays for the ads? You pay Meta directly, on your own card and your own ad account, at least $50 a day. My retainer is separate. The starting plan is about $4,500 a month all in.
How does the guarantee work? Your first 14 days of ads are on me, credited up to $1,000 off my first month's fee. Then I beat your numbers by 20% in 90 days, measured on your own cost per lead, or next month is free. Full terms are in your proposal.
Can we meet in person? Yes, in Orlando, Tampa or Miami. Anywhere else in Florida, we'll meet on a video call.
What if it doesn't work? You can leave anytime and keep every ad. No long contract.
There's no sales team on the other end of this form. It comes to me. Give me two minutes of real answers and I'll know whether I can make you money before we ever get on a call.
P.S. You've got two roads from here. You can keep paying a retainer for reports and "give it a few more weeks," and hope next quarter is different. Or you can let me run your account the way I ran my own, with the Triple Lock behind it: your first 14 days on me, 20% better in 90 days or next month free, and you can leave anytime with every ad.
